Chaga is a fungus that grows on a living tree. For generations now the fungus from the birch tree known as chaga has been used in making medicinal tea.

Everyday I warm up 12 oz. of chaga tea with 2 tablespoons of maple syrup and a sprinkle of cinnamon. 

Any day now we will have our first order of chaga dowels here in Canada! Whether you are a homeowner with a few birch trees or a farmer/landowner with a lot. Chaga farming is definitely something to look into!
