Hello Everyone!
My name is Paul, and I have been personally benefiting from the use of chaga for the past 6 years. I have noticed an increase in my energy levels, and it has helped me (and my wife) cut down on our caffeine intake.
For the past couple years I have been getting more and more into the farming and cultivating of my own Chaga, and let me tell you it is absolutely fascinating. My favourite way to have my Chaga is through a tea. I add a little but of maple syrup and cinnamon to it! And voila, you have a delicious and healthy hot beverage.
I currently harvest and procure my Chaga from the Algonquin region of Ontario.
