CHAGA IS HARVESTED IN THE WINTER MONTHS FROM BIRCH TREES. LEAVING ROUGHLY 30% LEFT ON THE TREE IS IDEAL FOR ITS CONTINUAL GROWTH.
OUR CHAGA IS HARVESTED AND PROCURED FROM THE ALGONQUIN, ONTARIO AREA.
CHAGA IS HARVESTED IN NOVEMBER WHEN THE BIRCH TREES ARE DORMANT. MORE OF OUR CHAGE WILL BE HARVESTED SOON IN ORDER TO HAVE A RUNNING SUPPLY FOR OUR CUSTOMERS. OUR CURRENT SUPPLY IS FROM LAST WINTER AND FROZEN TO KEEP IT FRESH FOR PRODUCTION
